In response to requests from our members, we will hold another half-day program of private sector experts, to address practical issues and key interpretive questions encountered by FBOs in complying with the Federal Reserve's regulatory reporting requirements. The program will focus on FBOs' reporting of the structure of their U.S. operations as required in particular by Federal Reserve Forms FR Y-7 and FR Y-10 and how best to prepare for examinations. In addition, a panel of FBO representatives will provide an insider perspective on building a compliance and governance framework for Federal Reserve reporting.
