The multifamily and single-family rental home sectors could not be better poised for continued growth in the coming year. After 12 or so months of increased rents, there is still room for additional hikes. Fundamentals are sound and demand is not only solid but growing for both categories.

• You may nominate individuals, teams or organizations. If nominating individuals, please submit no more than five nominees per company. If nominating a team or company, please include only leaders and key members. We encourage you to limit your entries to those who have made indelible impacts on the business.

• For this year's series, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum will also accept nominees within the single-family rental space, as a part of the broader multifamily sector.

• For this series, our judges will separately honor a number of Influencers with special recognitions, such as Rising Star,
Standout, etc. These distinctions will be presented to professionals who are making waves throughout the industry. Submitters do not separately apply for these recognitions.
• Each submission for an individual nominee must include a professional headshot. Image must be in color, minimum 300 dpi files in .jpg format.
