With all the ESG and impact issues that are ubiquitous these days, it is important to identify those that align with your values and goals.
In addition to the regulatory requirements and projects at EU and federal level on sustainable finance, church organizations also face the challenge of integrating their own values and social goals into the capital investment. The S made of ESG is therefore the focus of this event.
Introduction to the following topics:
• Status of impact investing and value-oriented investments globally and in Germany (brief overview)
• Achieving social impact with investments: Current developments in regulation, commitment, management of negative and positive impacts with a view to social goals in addition to ecological goals
• Interview with a church pioneer in the field of impact investing
• Studie “The journey to impact investing for faith-based organisations”
• Manager selection in the area of impact and ESG
Among other things, we look forward to the participation of experts from the working group of church investors in the Evangelical Church in Germany, from CRIC eV and the FIIND Impact Foundation.
