The day in question aims to inform the managers and senior executives of the public service regarding the various initiatives and also the importance of the program to upgrade the digital skills of public officials, which has been designed and implemented by the Deputy Ministry and the KADD, within the framework of the National Action Plan for Digital Skills and Employment. The formation of a digitally capable state machine is a condition for the successful and rapid implementation of the digital transformation of the state, while a condition for the successful implementation of this effort is the commitment and support of everyone at the political and technocratic level.
