Housing remains an important asset for many UK investors. Five years ago many were concerned that there was (another) 'bubble' emerging in the UK housing market, particularly in the South East. After a period of strong price appreciation prior to the EU referendum, house price growth has since weakened considerably.
With the housing market now seemingly in the doldrums, in this round we will revisit the main drivers of the UK housing market, look at the reasons behind the slowdown and consider what the future might hold.
