Dear entrepreneurs,

since August 16, 2023, it has been possible for the commercial sector to receive funding for the development of their own company through a new funding program. The basis for this is the JTF (Just Transition Fund).

Funding amount 75% up to a maximum of €300,000 (basis: De minimis regulation).

Eligible for funding are, for example, the construction of new premises as well as the expansion, modernization and diversification of existing ones. In addition, start-ups are supported with a start-up fee. Another component of the funding program is consulting services that companies need to prepare and carry out expansions, modernizations and diversification. Sectors such as engineering offices (if they are subject to trade tax), trades, construction, retail, services, catering and the hotel industry are eligible to apply.
