Rising to the highest level in private equity and venture capital means having the authority to make decisions and control the money. Falk Marques Group created Leadership Unbound to help women gain that authority and control.

At the inaugural Leadership Unbound Summit, there will be few traditional panels. Instead, Keynote thought leaders will share theory and case studies through coaching and role playing. Private equity and venture capital pros will serve as facilitators for honest exchanges of what works and what doesn’t. Discussions are authentic and unscripted. Sessions are collaborative and formats are flexible. The line between attendees and speakers is blurred as successful women share information and experiences; women helping women to advance their positions and achieve even greater success.

Leadership Unbound is a two-day interactive Summit for up to 200 senior-level women in private equity and venture capital. A unique, hands-on retreat for LPs, GPs, and industry advisors, Leadership Unbound provides an actionable road map for women on their way to the top and for those already there. We’ll tackle the skills and strategies critical to leadership in this industry and the smart steps women can take to enhance their value to their firms and advance to the highest level.

Target Audience:
The Summit is geared toward women who already play a key role within their firm and want access to the skills and strategies that will help them gain more decision-making authority, add even more value to their firm, and advance to the most senior leadership positions. Attendees will be from LP institutions (pensions, endowments, foundations), GPs at private equity and venture capital firms, and advisors to the industry. We welcome service providers to sponsor and attend the event.
