Details

Knowledge is exchanged across the value chain in construction, and thus as a participant at the conference you will receive new knowledge, exchange experiences and network with other legal professionals from architectural firms, consulting engineers, client organisations, contractors and other players in the construction industry.

The professional content of the program is developed every year on the basis of thorough research with people in the legal field in the construction industry. At the same time, we work together with a long-standing sparring and collaboration partner, lawyer Henrik Hauge Andersen from Viltoft. Therefore, at the conference, you will always get the latest and most current knowledge, which can help you further in your daily work with the legal challenges you encounter.

This year's conference Legal challenges in construction focuses on the issues that are currently most current in the Danish construction industry, and you can learn more about how cooperation across the industry can help solve some of these issues.

This year, the program takes you through the increasing digitization in construction, where both BIM's anchoring in contractual basis and the rapid development in AI technologies provide both opportunities and challenges for the industry. You will also learn more about conflicts and megaprojects in construction; why strategic contracting is necessary; what the performance description covers and how to use it in your construction projects.

Be updated, inspired and gain new knowledge about, among other things:
• Latest trends and practices in the field
• Digitization in construction and its consequences
• Conflicts and mega-projects
• Sustainability in construction

What you get out of attending the conference:
• Stay updated on the latest new knowledge and trends in the field
• Obvious framework for networking with other legal professionals from the industry
• Get in-depth with the most current challenges and topics
• Get an insight into the latest experiences, cases, recommendations and knowledge
• Target group for the construction law conference

The conference is for you who come across legal issues and challenges in your daily work. You probably work for a construction company, a consulting engineering company, an architectural company, a public and/or private developer, a law firm, with authorities or various organisations.
