It provides multiple opportunities for Council members to connect with and hear from lawmakers who are crafting legislation on healthcare reform, tax policy and financial services regulation. Over the course of three days, member firms will learn more about The Council’s legislative agenda and developments on Capitol Hill that could impact their business. This year’s event will feature:
• A Welcome Dinner with political updates from the National Republican Senatorial Committee and Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee
• Our annual Legislative Program with remarks from key members of Congress and The Council’s Government Affairs team
• Dinner with Congressional Guests at the National Museum of the American Indian
• Meetings for The Council’s Board of Directors, the Council of Employee Benefits Executives (CEBE) and the Legal Counsel Working Group, which have traditionally taken place during this event
