A new RMA program taking place in a virtual setting, Leveraged Loan Transactions: Understanding and Managing the Risks teaches source of risk stemming from leveraged transactions, why some transactions carry more risk than others, how to evaluate and underwrite the risk and then once booked, how to monitor and manage the risk.
