In an increasingly tax-transparent and globalized world, taxpayers and their advisors are confronted with a multitude of new tax and compliance regulations. These recent developments have created a competitive landscape in which additional parameters are crucial to a country's locational attractiveness and in which dealing with the new tax and compliance regulations in accordance with the law is a decisive success factor.

ON the first day, the Conference 2022 will deal with, among other things, the current innovations in Liechtenstein national tax law and in international tax law with an impact on Liechtenstein. Customs challenges in connection with the import of assets are also discussed as well as the innovations in connection with the EU Unshell Directive (ATAD 3). After lunch break tax-compliant Liechtenstein planning structures for French and Hungarian private and institutional investors presented and illustrated with selected practical examples. Subsequently, use cases are related on Liechtenstein regarding the taxation of partnerships. A presentation will then follow Comparison of the scope of consolidation between global minimum taxation, country-by-country reporting and Swiss and Liechtenstein accounting law. Ultimately, decisions of the supreme court are made presented in connection with Liechtenstein.

On the second day, the tax conference will focus on succession solutions using Liechtenstein foundations and trusts, In particular, tax law, inheritance law and family law aspects are also shown. The various succession solutions are considered from different country perspectives, in particular from Swiss, German, Austrian, Hungarian and Brazilian point of view
