Join us for the Life Sciences Real Estate Forum which provides an ideal assembly point for national and local investors, developers, life science/biotech/pharma companies, lenders, brokers and other real estate professionals to do business.
This year we have moved to the East Coast and will be hosting the one-day event in New York City where demand for lab space will continue to outpace supply in 2023. Life sciences inventory is expected to more than double to over 4.5m square feet by 2025.
