The real estate finance industry needs strong and vibrant state and local mortgage banking associations. Just as the national MBA advocates the industry's interests in our nation's capital, each state and local association plays an important role in representing our industry at the local and state levels.

Each year, leaders and key stakeholders of state and local associations gather to collaborate with their peers, discuss ideas and compare lessons learned with each other and with the national association. MBA's State and Local Workshop is a unique opportunity for all the associations involved to learn from each other, share operational best practices and align their agendas for the year ahead. Many opt to stay and attend MBA's National Advocacy Conference while in DC – discounted rates apply for those registering for both.

Who Should Attend?
MBA's State and Local Workshop is ideal for:
• Leaders of state and local mortgage banking associations
• Board members of state and local associations
• Volunteer staff of state and local associations
• Anyone looking to get involved with their state or local industry associations
