Neal Prunier, Director of Standards and Best Practices at the Institutional Limited Partners Association will explain ILPA’s standardized fee template as well as the key elements of the SEC proposal. Kara King, Head of Client Operations and Risk Management at Aksia, will explain her work with LPs to highlight the value-add that third parties can bring when measuring and managing the cost of private equity. Delilah Rothenberg, Executive Director of the Predistribution Initiative, will share her work on emerging aspects of measuring the cost of private equity.
