Grant Program Outreach Coordinator to discuss how you can receive financial assistance from the grant program to make your Grand Rapids rental property lead-safe.
Through the grant program, you can receive free replacement doors and windows and free siding and more. If you own a rental property in Grand Rapids built before 1978, you may be eligible to receive a grant of up to $20,000 per unit.
