At this year’s National Accounts Roundtable, we will continue the discussion on how National Accounts teams continue to evolve in order to optimize opportunities and focus on the best distribution partners. As the cost of distribution increases and the influence of home office due diligence and managers' research teams continue to grow in importance, asset managers need to think carefully about the structure and roles of their National Account and Distribution teams to optimize engagement with decision-makers. Most importantly, select the most important partners and operationalize engagement. With the catalysts of change reshaping the competitive landscape for asset managers, dramatic changes will be necessary to meet these challenges.
