Since 1993 NIC has been committed to providing a forum to bring together leaders in the financing and investment side of seniors housing and care with the goal of educating owners, operators, developers, capital providers, researchers, academics and public policy analysts on trends and investment aspects of the sector to help advance the quality and availability of seniors housing and care options.

Proceeds from our events are used to fund research, education, and increased transparency that facilitate informed investment decisions, quality outcomes and leadership development in seniors housing and care.

The NIC Fall Conference (formerly, the National Conference) is the premier networking event where seniors housing operators, owners and capital providers come to get deals done and start conversations about the maturation of the space, industry trends and the opportunities ahead. This is achieved through a host of insightful breakout sessions and networking events designed to connect key industry players, capital providers, and thought leaders.
