The conference features presentations on current issues dominating USDA Loan Guaranty Programs including: General Rural Development, Farm Service Agency, Community Facilities, Business & Industry and 9003 Bio/Renewable.

The conference includes morning and afternoon keynote speeches by government policy makers, USDA representatives and members of the private lending sector. The conference will afford members an opportunity to meet with Federal officials, industry leaders and program administrators.
