This conference is designed to provide delegates with an insight into the latest approaches and strategies for effective assets and estates management across central government, local authorities and the wider public sector. A key talking-point will certainly be the formation of the new Government Property Agency, with sessions discussing its general purpose and organization, as well as strategic priorities implementation.
