This conference will explore the governments 'levelling-up' opportunities and economic performance across the UK a flagship policy of its forward programme. Outcomes in the North East, North West, Yorkshire and The Humber will determine the success of this programme and be driven by investment in new skills, improved connectivity and health.

The agenda will feature expert speakers from Future Economies Analytic, BAE Systems, The Northern Powerhouse Partnership and the Legatum Institute to name a few.
