• Plans are well underway with the development of the $1.5 billion Federal Government funded Middle Arm Sustainable Development Precinct, which is a game changer for resource project development in Northern • Australia. This funding will accelerate the development on infrastructure for gas processing, liquids refining, critical minerals processing, hydrogen development and carbon capture and storage
• Decarbonisation, and the shift towards electrification is generating huge demand for critical minerals such as lithium, rare earths, copper, zinc, manganese (and others) to enable the energy transition – driving a surge in record exploration activity in the NT and new mining developments.

• Record prices for fertilizer with surging global demand placing the opportunity front and centre to develop Northern Australia’s phosphate and potash deposits
