Based on the Forum's New Director Guide, this program is designed to be directed discussion of the duties, responsibilities, and challenges facing directors in their first years of service on a mutual fund board.
The program will be held on April 19, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm (ET), the afternoon prior to the Forum's 2017 Policy Conference. Directors attending this program are encouraged to also participate in the 2017 Policy Conference.
