Join Oracle and your senior leader peers for our quarterly Supply Chain and CX Customer Club. This session will be in collaboration with Cranfield University and our partners Trinamix and InspireXT.

The concept of Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) to assess the maturity of product and process design have been around for ages. However, no such measure exists for Supply Chain Design. Cranfield University Supply Chain Research Centre has been working on this concept and will provide an overview of this concept, along with a view on the broader trends and some of the research work that they are doing.

In today's rapidly changing business environment, staying ahead of the curve requires innovative customer service and supply chain strategies. By integrating advanced asset management, responsive customer service, and skilled field service technicians, businesses can shift from a cost centre to a profit centre. Organising logistics, manufacturing, and sales further enhances field service operations, helping reduce revenue leakages, boost warranty, and enhance profitability. Moreover, this holistic approach not only improves the bottom line but also elevates customer service levels.

The following topics will be covered:
• Supply chain trends, including the concept of a ‘Supply Chain Readiness Level’
• Integrated customer service and supply chain strategies
• Everything everywhere all at once’ - multi-channel success through creation of an on-demand single view of product, inventory, and orders
