This year we will focus on Responsible Investing. We will explore trends in impact investing and how real estate's appoarch compares to the wider impact investing universe. We will also look at low carbon development and the challenge of converting climate change commitments into reality, as well as inclusivity and the role of private capital in social housing. Finally we will discuss how we can balance responsible investing with financial returns.
