As we near the last quarter of 2023, fintech adoption continues to advance on multiple fronts, but its progress is far from smooth. The recent months have seen major regulatory initiatives on crypto, DeFi and AI matters, and varying judicial decisions on crypto and DeFi have both delighted and dismayed market participants. Despite continuing market volatility and adverse regulatory action, many fintech initiatives are making noticeable, though halting progress.
