To be sure your state is included, please email Member Services at least 30 days prior to the Symposium. Please note that while PLUS will make every effort to honor all requests, we cannot guarantee applications will be accepted and/or approved due to state-specific guidelines and deadlines.

PLUS staff will track attendance throughout the live Continuing Education sessions. In order to obtain CE/CLE credit, you must be registered, attend each session in full, document the attendance codes for each session, and complete a request form at the end of the Sympoisum (you'll be asked to provide the attendance codes).
