This CPE/CLE Conference is a joint collaboration by the FICPA, Florida Bar Tax Section and Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. We will discuss all things tax related to real estate—structuring funds, earning profits interests, foreign investors, Florida documentary stamp taxes, COVID issues, opportunity zones and conservation easements.
