The aim of the conference was to create an affordable event which offers a new speaker line up, supporting both the new generation of partners and QCs, as well as having the usual mix of senior partners and advisers. Very few, if any, conferences engage the junior partners and Associates and we believe it is essential to both support and develop this demographic as they both have a huge say in the way litigation is progressed as well as ensuring good relationships are maintained and created early on in an individual’s personal career journey.
