This seminar aims to provide an update on Value-Add and Opportunistic Real Estate for UK pension funds and other institutional investors. Discussions will cover debt and equity investments and examine the rationale for these investments in the current environment. We will aim to look at the advantages and disadvantages; global opportunities; the considerations for investors and assessments of risk; a look at different examples such as refurbishment or developments and portfolio management; managing late cycle investing in certain regions and how to invest in this asset class.
