Phase 3 of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme is providing £1.425 billion of funding over the 2022/23-2024/25 financial years, for public sector bodies to install low carbon heating measures that reduce direct carbon emissions from their buildings. There are concerns about the UK’s ability to deliver on the 2050 Net-Zero target.
