In recent years, the Brazilian residential and subdivision markets have gone through one of the best periods in history in unit and lot sales. With the lifestyle changes caused by the pandemic, Brazilian families started looking for a new property in more wooded regions, but also with infrastructure in an urban area.

However, understanding consumer behavior, their expectations and the challenges to undertake in different regions of the country are essential factors for the maintenance and growth of the sector. It is in this scenario that the GRI Club Regional Forums take place.
