The workplace is transforming rapidly and that pace of change is only getting faster. There are two key themes running through this year's event:
• Reward & benefits transformation: There's a shifting new world order and so the workplace keeps changing at a rate of knots, impacting organisational structures and pressure for new skills. Together, we will analyse the latest developments, showcase what's new and look ahead to reveal what trends are emerging, highlighting the key changes that will affect you most.
• Value: A tight economy and a tight labour market mean employers are focused on value and efficacy, so we will be focusing on reviewing the core HR cost areas of pay, pensions, insurances and benefits. How best can the reward and benefits budget be applied to achieve attraction, engagement and productivity in the workplace of today and build the workforce you need for tomorrow?
The event will consist of keynotes, focused talks, workshops, discussion groups, facilitated knowledge exchange, a comprehensive exhibition and meetings.
