his conference is for both independent external directors and current serving executives of State Member Banks/Holding Companies with assets between $10 billion and $100 billion. Directors and bank executives will have the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with peers from other institutions, external speakers and panel members, and senior Federal Reserve System staff.

The agenda is in development but will cover topics of current interest to the Regional State Member Bank/Holding Company population, including: governance; the respective responsibilities of external directors and bank executives; the critical importance of internal controls; key areas of supervisory focus; current and emerging industry risks; and other subjects relevant to banking industry leaders. Speakers will include experts from the industry and the Federal Reserve System.
