Housing has never been a higher political priority. There have been big changes to the regulatory framework, and more on the way. Higher expectations on compliance have emerged from both the Regulator (RSH) and politicians post the Grenfell tragedy.
This interactive session will share the latest insights and lessons from the legal perspective and the front line of governance and management.
The session will also identify and debate the key strategic issues for Housing Association and ALMO boards, and LA committees to gain assurance on. It will also identify the key actions Executives, Managers, and Governance staff should take to deliver compliance.
