The National Bureau of Economic Research and the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance at Shanghai Jiao Tong University are pleased to announce that the inaugural Nber-Saif Conference will be held on June 29-30, 2018, in Shanghai, China, on the theme of “Retirement Security: Public and Private Pensions.” The conference program will consist of both invited presentations and contributed papers.
The Nber-Saif series of conferences is designed to build a broader research community on the economics of public policies, with particular reference to the policies that bear on financial markets in China and other emerging economies, and to share rigorous, current research by leading international scholars and policy experts.
