This RICS-JLL CPD Seminar will give an overview of recent trends in Asia-Pacific commercial property markets and highlight investor intentions for the next one-to-two years. The seminar will provide valuable insights to those attempting to contextualize South East Asia relative to other major regional and global markets.
The RICS Global Commercial Property Monitor is a quarterly guide to the trends in the commercial property investment and occupier markets. The global sentiment survey covers more than 30 countries and can be broken down to region or city levels, and has proven to be an accurate leading indicator of many metrics measuring commercial property as well as broader macroeconomic trends.
JLL will highlight important trends for investments into residential, retail, industrial and office in SE Asian markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines that are tracked by the JLL offices in these countries.
