What is Robotic Process Automation?
Robotic process automation is a form of business process automation technology based on metaphorical software robots or on artificial intelligence /digital workers. It is sometimes referred to as software robotics.
There is still fairly little known about Robotic Process Automation within Health and Social care here in the UK, following the Covid-19 outbreak, it is more important than ever that we focus on emerging technology as a partner in increasing clinical time that can be used to care for patients.
This short but high-value virtual conference will provide attendees with an interactive platform to listen learn and engage with some of the UK’s leading NHS RPA experts.
East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust are pioneers in the use of RPA within the NHS, Since 1 July last year, the Robotic Automation Team have released more than 2230 hours/60 weeks of staff time. The first team at the Trust to benefit from Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in their everyday roles were the medical secretaries at Ipswich Hospital.
