Now in its 27th year, it is a "must have" for all legal and tax experts and especially for transaction experts who want to be up to date with a practical preparation of a holistic approach across all areas of law and tax law.
We are currently experiencing explosive times like we haven't seen in eight decades. The climate catastrophe that is far from being averted, the pandemic that is also not yet over, rising inflation and many other issues have receded into the background with the outbreak of war in the immediate vicinity.
Business development through transactions, ESG as a new formula for corporate success, sustainable transformation, creation of new working environments to effectively counter the war of talent: lawyers are the most important advisors for management in many aspects.
The 26th RuSt also offered legal and tax experts and in particular transaction experts an unbeatable package of top-class legal knowledge and practice-oriented updates in the core disciplines of corporate law, capital market law, banking law and tax law. In addition, there was creative space for the exchange of expertise and experiences, for determining one's own position as well as for inspiration and personal networking at eye level.
