The 2019 conference brought together over 450 attendees with the challenge to Dare to Disrupt. We talked about how the pace of change in health and safety was increasing rapidly, and how as individuals and as a profession we need to do more to better understand and improve work, how we need to grasp the nettle of psychosocial risk and mental health, and how we need to better understand the effects of new technologies on the way we work.
However, disruption is often outside the control of the organisation, meaning that to create safe and healthy workplaces, we have to create adaptable ones too.
