The BeNeLux region is bustling with digital professionals seeking to push the boundaries in CX and their eCommerce proposition. In 2019, Savant eCommerce Amsterdam deep-dove into innovation across the digital commerce universe. We spent two days exploring innovation from all angles, both within the organisation and in the customer’s experience. The first day was spent discussing data-driven innovation within the organisation. Our attendees learnt from thought-provoking sessions on the role of brand equity in the digital era and how the profitability of eCommerce is shifting. On the second day, we explored what inspiration there is to innovate in the customer’ digital commerce experience with cases from the Far-East and the USA.
