SIMAtech will focus its debates and round tables on the revolution that the technological innovations known with the generic name of PropTech are already practicing in the residential market, in particular, and in the real estate sector, in general.
The impact of Big Data, the advancement of alternative financing systems, investment and access to housing, such as crowdfunding and crowdlending, transformations derived from the use of virtual reality or the keys to developing and implementing a strategy of PropTech will be Some of the issues that will be addressed by the first session of SIMAtech.
The second session of SIMAtech, the next day in the afternoon, will focus on the impact of PropTech on investment decisions and asset management, which is radically transforming classic models. This day will analyze the benefits of Internet of Things (IoT) in the management of assets, or the new paradigms in the management of shared information that is driving the blockchain technology, among other current issues.
