The amenities, spanning over the 9th and 10th floors, include a 75-foot long lap pool with a hot tub and sundeck overlooking the Hudson, fitness studio managed by The Wright Fit, lounge, screening room, private dining room and much more. 56 Leonard engages New York from many perspectives, delivering breathtaking views of the city, the harbor and the island’s flanking rivers. To the north, Midtown’s spires can be seen rising over the fabric of SoHo; to the south, the Financial District’s towers soar. 56 Leonard’s varied balconies and terraces invite an engaged connection with the city from every residence.
