The International Stock Exchange will provide a presentation on stock markets, listing and capital markets and with a particular emphasis around why companies might choose to list on a stock exchange, which can be for a host of reasons including capital raising or capital exit. Carolyn will provide an overview of the requirements and general process to become listed, the ongoing requirements and the key points to consider for companies looking to list in either the near or more distant future. Carolyn’s presentation will have a particular emphasis upon the relevance of listing to local Isle of Man companies and there will be adequate opportunity to ask questions.
