Three years after the publication of the new version of the application decree on § 153 AO and more than two years after the publication of the IDW Practice Note on the design and testing of a Tax Compliance Management System (TaxCMS), numerous companies already operate their TaxCMS in regular operation and frequently also have the position of tax compliance Officers created. At the same time, many companies are still concerned with the question of how a TaxCMS tailored to their needs should look like and how its functioning can be permanently ensured. As a TaxCMS - in compliance with the concept of compliance - is a learning and evolving system, the system must be continuously monitored and adapted to new developments and experiences. What details are necessary
The seminar will give an up-to-date overview of the implementation status in the financial industry. For this purpose, legal and practical basics will be presented again and explained by practical implementation examples. It is also to be discussed, which importance the financial administration attaches to a TaxCMS in the practical application. Finally, questions of the participants are also to be dealt with. Speakers from the finance industry, financial administration and consulting ensure that the relevant points can be viewed from different angles.
The event is aimed both at newcomers who are only considering the idea of establishing a tax ICS / TCMS and those who are already working within an established TaxCMS.
