EREF 2013 was a very special event with not only being the first and only specialized real estate and investment exhibition in Iraq, but also was an event which allowed to its exhibitors to build their own special design booths. There were no standard stand construction, on contrary most of the booths were built with high expenses and showcased the first time in Erbil and IRAQ.

The opening of EREF was also an important moment for both Turkish and Iraqian press. The official VIPs for the ceremony were Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government (KRG) & The Government Spokesman Mr. Sefin Dizai, Erbil Governor Mr. Nevzat Hadi and famous singer Mr. Ibrahim Tatlises who addressed the large audience and officially inaugurated the exhibition.

Capitilizing on the market factors that make Erbil one of the most prominent real estate markets in the world. E.R.E.F presented a “World-Class Business to Business Platform” to cater to the specific needs of the market. The event concluded on a high note of success with a significant number of major projects launched and strategic aggrements signed worth 100 million dollars.
