The FSU Real Estate Trends Conference is organized to highlight the emerging trends and conditions facing the real estate industry. The conference discusses conditions affecting national, regional, and local markets.

Pre-conference student events, "If I Were 21" and "Speed Connections" are held on the third floor of the University Center Club prior to the opening reception.

Friday, Oct. 20: Emerging market conditions and issues affecting investment, finance and business decisions will be the focus of the plenary and concurrent sessions. These sessions, featuring leading executives from all points across the nation, will examine conditions up and down the capital stack; the rise of “surban” markets, developments in experiential retail and hospitality; opportunities in the health care related property sectors; and "Uncharted Territory." Friday's sessions will be held at the FSU Turnbull Conference Center.
