Almost 12 years have passed since the conversion tax decree (UmwSt-E) was published. Since then, changes in the law, case law and practice have resulted in a not insignificant need for changes and adjustments.
The tax administration has taken on the task and subjected the UmwSt-E to a thorough revision. The final UmwSt-E was finally approved after hearing from the associations.
