Property Week Regenerate will discuss what it takes to plan, fund, develop and run multi-faceted regeneration projects that bring about economic, commercial, social and cultural renewal.

The programme will focus on creating places people want to live, work and socialise in, and how different stakeholders - developers, investors, councils, communities and regeneration specialists - work together to create such places. It will also address good planning, design, and breaking down demographic and social barriers. Specifically, we will explore how different property types sit side by side, and how the new concepts, such as co-living and co-working, and pace of technology are reshaping our environment. We will look at how physical buildings integrate with the public realm - community, arts and culture - in creating economically sustainable and socially vibrant places that will stand the test of time.
