Investment Week's Trailblazer Awards has been launched to identify the next generation of UK investment professionals that will make a difference to the industry we work in.
The awards recognise fund selectors and fund research analysts that have gone above and beyond their job remit for the sake of their team, business and/or industry and stand out from the crowd for coming up with innovative initiatives that have had a positive and meaningful impact.
They may have created a new process or product that is head and shoulders above its peers or directed their business or team towards a new way of thinking that has meant they are taking the lead against competitors.
Trailblazers have been in the industry less than 10 years and must be working in the UK within the investment industry.
