Our story began in 1899 when a group of 18 women lawyers in New York City founded the Women Lawyers' Club. Since then, we’ve grown to include members from across the United States, from many backgrounds, practicing in all areas of the law. Throughout our history, we’ve remained dedicated to our mission to advance women in the legal profession and advocate for the equality of women under the law.
